As Istanbul, especially on the European side of the city becomes more and more expensive to visit and find a hotel, why not look to the Asian (Anatolian) side of Istanbul for hotels to suit your budget? When seeking a cheap hotel in Istanbul, the neighborhood of Kadıköy on the Asian side of Istanbul, offers much in the way of discount accommodation. Kadıköy is found on the south eastern side of the Bosphorus Sea. It is one of the chief areas on the Asian side of Istanbul, not far from Üsküdar, Maltepe and Karta. It is not difficult to get to. The easiest way to get to Kadıköy is by boat or the frequent ferry service from either the Besiktas or Karaköy docks.
